Sesame seeds have been used since ancient times to obtain a valuable oil product. They contain fatty oil (up to 60%), which contains glycerides of olein, linoleic, palmitic, stearic, arachinic and lignoceric acids - phytostrein, sesamin (chloroform), sesamol, sesamolin, samol - they are also rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E , magnesium and zinc. The oil is prepared according to an ancient recipe and is characterized by very high quality: it has a slightly sweet nutty taste, and is light in its structure. The oil contains many different trace elements (zinc, calcium), vitamins E and A, it also contains perfectly balanced poly-unsaturated fatty acids, protein and natural antioxidants (the main one is sesame oil).
